The gated villa covers more than 1,300 square meters of land, offering spacious gardens, privacy and tranquility and reflects the Andalusian charm. The large driveway, closed by a gate, allows parking for many cars.
The villa has 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has a large heated pool.

This vacation home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. For your convenience, it includes clean linens and bedding, towels, cleaning supplies and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Location

El Rosario is a secure neighborhood, with a guard and a control gate. It is known for its quiet, leafy streets lined mostly with villas of a certain standing.
El Rosario has a small shopping center that includes a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, as well as several small stores, cafes and charming restaurants.
Villa
The villa has 10 double rooms, an independent annex and 5 bathrooms. All rooms in the villa are prepared with clean sheets and towels for our guests. The master bedroom has its own terrace of 40M2, perfect for a quiet breakfast.
The villa has all amenities (barbecue, several terraces, sofas, tables, bar, satellite TV). It is fully air-conditioned and heated.

It is a 10-minute drive from the beautiful old town of Marbella, 15 minutes from Puerto Banus, 15 minutes from La Canada shopping center and 45 minutes from Malaga International Airport.
As far as sports are concerned, El Rosario is home to the Royal Tennis Club Marbella, which, with its luxury restaurant, clubs, courts and coaching, is among the best of its kind on the Costa del Sol.
Besides water sports in the nearby marinas of Cabopino and Marbella, golf is the main activity. The Golf & Country Club Marbella, the Golf Santa Clara Golf, the Golf Greenlife and the Golf Club Santa María are located nearby.
